Refund and Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any protective sleeves, holders, cases, or original packaging. Cards that have been altered, damaged, or swapped will not qualify for a refund.

Reach Out First: Contact us at Support@blomzi.com with your name and order number. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description.
Wait for Instructions: We will review your request and send you return instructions. Please do not ship anything back until you receive approval.
Return the Item: Once approved, ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method, packed securely to prevent damage in transit. A valid tracking number is required.
Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only, using the return address provided in your approval email.

After your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
You will receive a full refund of the item price, including any original shipping and handling fees paid.
We never charge restocking fees.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
In most cases there is no need to return it. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. If we need the item sent back for inspection, we will provide prepaid return instructions.
